What are the average delivery times?


Typical delivery time is 1-3 weeks depending on quantity and location.




What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept all major credit cards, corporate checks and wires.




What are the payment options?


For most orders, we require 50% deposit upfront and the remainder due upon delivery. However, we offer flexible payment terms on large or institutional orders.




How do you ship?


We ship daily-either UPS Ground or Fedex Air.




Are these supplies taking valuable resources from the medical community?


No, we are procuring these supplies from alternate channels than used by mainstream hospitals. Harlequin would be happy to assist with any medical needs should they be requested.




If a company would like to donate a purchase of supplies would it be tax deductible?


Yes, if clients are interested in social responsibility and donating items to charitable organizations, these donations can be tracked and billed separately for 501C3 reporting.




Can any of these products be customized?


Yes! Company names, logos and images can be printed on some masks and hand sanitizer labels. Artwork available upon request.




Can you provide recommendations from current clients?


Yes! Some clients are listed on the "about us" section but specific references and contact information can be provided upon request.
